Lanyon Management Services (LMS) was established in 1991 by David Norris to provide a high level of landscape maintenance to Diplomatic Missions, Federal and ACT Government Agencies, Commercial and Aged Care sectors in the Australian Capital Territory. Since 1991 we have evolved through a loyal client base by understanding the need to be at the top of our industry in providing quality and reliable service and solutions. We have built a reputation via referral business only and have always ensured that we take care in both our client and employees needs. The decision to work purely on a referral basis has allowed us to manage our work load through wet and dry seasons and in turn be able to provide a high level of quality service with continuity. In principle we prefer to grow with our clients rather than be over committed with our work loads. Our services comprise of: LMS consists of a team who are employed on a full time and seasonal basis and we also have access to specialist service providers such as Arborists and licensed Irrigation contractors when required. Our team of Consultants can provide advice and direction on land care issues such as erosion control, weed management, water conservation, and irrigation. Our ability to provide solutions where client’s need a specialized service is what has helped built our reputation for over twenty years. Our past and current client base comprises of the following: University of Canberra LMS has a modern and well maintained inventory of equipment that comprises of fully equipped service vehicles with trailers which enables us to provide a fast and efficient service. Each service vehicle has dedicated equipment such as ride on mowers, hand held motorised equipment, push mowers, first aid kits and support tools. Our staff are trained to operate the equipment in a safe and professional manner with a strong regard for the environment and work place safety.
